Shoulder Pain
Shoulder pain can occur through sudden injury or repetitive movements of the arm above shoulder height, with the rotator cuff being the most common site of injury. Shoulder pain is also associated with neck pain and headaches.
Taz Darragh graduated from the Master of Osteopathy degree having completed a research thesis on shoulder pain. He found that a combination of both osteopathic technique and exercise gained the best results for the individual.
